What will happen every day
Each day you will be called to awaken by the gentle sounds of the Therapeutic Harp played right outside your bedroom door.
A gentle morning class of yoga, Wu Tao movement and breath- work on the back deck overlooks the magnificent nature views, followed by a nourishing breakfast prepared with love by our local vegetarian/vegan chef.
Each day will offer free time to explore the local nature. Directly outside the house you can walk through fields of wild flowers, and explore mountain streams and an oceanside lake. You'll also have time and free access to enjoy the sauna and hot tub featuring a panoramic view of the majestic mountains over an expansive whale's playground: Eyjafjörður, the island fjord.

Daily singing bowl immersions and therapeutic harp healing pave the way to restoration on all dimensions of being. A restorative AntiGravity Aerial Yoga class will bring you home to your highest self.
