Even in the face of trauma or grief, it is our birthright to know inner peace and joy.
It is as simple as learning to implement what Buddhist tradition calls 'right thinking’ — a way to view the world and life that is free from illusion. A way to know happiness in every moment, environment, and situation.
In this interactive two-hour workshop, you will participate in heart and mind opening exercises designed to reveal the areas of your life that you may be living in fear, denial or escapism, and introduce you to the masterful ways of presence, self-compassion, and fearlessness. This is the way of the peaceful warrior.
